  • How long will my cake last?

    For the best flavor and freshness, we recommend serving your cake as close to the pickup time as possible. However, if necessary, your cake will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to two days.

  • Do you offer tastings or consultations?

    Yes, we offer cake tastings and consultations for weddings and large events. This is a great opportunity to sample our flavors and discuss your design ideas. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

  • How far in advance should I place my order?

    To ensure we can accommodate your order, we recommend placing it at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for custom cakes. For larger events, like weddings or parties, it's best to reach out as early as possible. However, if you need a cake on shorter notice, feel free to contact us, and we'll do our best to work with your timeline.

  • How do I store my cake?

    We recommend storing your cake in the refrigerator to maintain freshness. If you need to refrigerate your cake overnight, be mindful of strong odors, that can seep into the cake.

    We suggest removing your cake from the fridge at least one hour before serving to ensure the best taste and texture at room temperature. Avoid leaving your cake in a warm environment, as buttercream and ganache can soften.

  • Do you cater to dietary restrictions or allergies?

    We can accommodate a variety of dietary needs, not including gluten-free or vegan options at this time.

    However, please note that while we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, our bakery is not a certified allergen-free facility. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when placing your order.

  • Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

    We understand that plans can change. If you need to make adjustments to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your changes, but please note that changes made close to the pickup or delivery date may not be possible.

  • Do you offer delivery?

    We offer delivery on a case-by-case basis. For large orders, we can make exceptions for longer distances, so feel free to contact us to discuss your specific needs. When we arrange delivery, we take full responsibility for the cake until it reaches your venue. Please allow a two-hour delivery window due to the unpredictability of traffic.

    We may also choose to use third-party services such as Uber or TaskRabbit for delivery. We're happy to assist with coordinating these pickups, but please note that we are not responsible for the cake once it leaves our care.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    For cancellations, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 8 days before the pickup or delivery date will receive a full refund.

    Cancellations made 7 days or less in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be refundable, depending on the stage of the order.
